Nick has executed a variety of valuation, appraisal, and financial advisory engagements for public and private companies in the manufacturing, distribution, media, consumer products, energy, software, healthcare, and other industries.

He has advised clients on transactions involving mergers & acquisitions, shareholder stock purchases, initial public offerings, leveraged buyouts, shareholder litigation, estate and gifting, divorce, and employee stock ownership plans. He has worked with companies ranging in size from under $5 million in revenues to over $4 billion.

Nick is actively involved in the ESOP community. He has spoken at national and state conferences on technical aspects of ESOP valuation. He has advised ESOP trustees and fiduciaries on complex transactions, including sales of ESOP companies and restructuring ESOP financing.

Prior to joining the firm, Nick was a Vice President in the Corporate Financial Advisory and Investment Banking practice of Duff & Phelps, LLC. He spent the early part of his career in the auto industry in various engineering and strategic planning roles.
