Alex joined Adamy Valuation in 2010 following an internship with the firm. He provides closely-held businesses and their owners with valuation and financial advisory services in connection with employee stock ownership plans, mergers and acquisitions, management succession planning, corporate strategic planning, business litigation, and other financial transactions.

Alex completed a BBA in Finance and Accounting at Grand Valley State University in 2010. While attending GVSU, he was a member of Phi Kappa Phi, Beta Gamma Sigma, and the student chapter of The Institute for Internal Auditors. He also served as portfolio manager in Seidman Investment Portfolio Organization (IPO).
